Junior Majorettes Baton Studio has been teaching the art and sport of baton twirling to the youth of St. Johns County, Florida for over 20 years. Since 2003, all classes have been under the direction of Katherine du Bois Sargent.
Students range in age from 4 years old thru middle school, with lessons taught weekly. We have performed at various functions including EPIC's Kid's Day, St. Augustine's Christmas and Easter Parades, Relay for Life, and the St. Johns County Fair.
About our Coaches
Katherine Sargent is the owner and director of Junior Majorettes Baton Studio. Twirling since the age of 4, Katherine brings many years of experience in both recreation and competition twirling. Past titles include Collegiate State Solo Champion, 10th World Open Strut, and most recently competed in Tuscon, Arizona at USTA Nationals placing 1st in the Show Corps division with teammates from our sister team Legacy! She will be teaching after school recreation clases and competition team.
Pam Sullivan has been involved in baton twirling for over 15 years. She brings her creativity and knack for working with the "pee wees". Pam will be working with the youngest of our twirlers!
